Kindness Always

For two years I made everyone think I was a little crazy as I approached situations with empathy and compassion for all those involved… and in today’s episode I talk about how it always pays off to be kind.

I often am caught saying we are just all humans having human experiences.

So when we can put aside the way our ego wants to react and connect with our inner human we can always approach situations in a more rational and compassionate way, despite the shit storm being thrown at us.

NOTE this does NOT mean accepting disrespect or letting down our boundaries, it simply means not sinking to levels where we don’t belong in order to enact revenge or behave in ways that in the long run don’t do us any good… especially not when we need to heal.
