I am a huge believer in visualisation & manifesting.
But today I am going to talk about what the con of visualisation and how when not done properly, and done with the spice of reality we can get caught out thinking everything will go a certain way because we visualised and manifested it that way.
The truth is all good plans don't go to plan... so how can we avoid falling into a pit of devastation and potentially spiraling when what we've been visualising and working towards doesn't turn out how we wanted OR life gets in the way!
